The wheel of life is a great visual tool you can complete for quickly assessing and identifying where you life is out of balance and what areas need more attention. It is widely used in coaching and for self-development. It is a tool designed to move you from a state of "needing change" to actively identifying what needs to change, fostering accountability, and promoting a holistic, balanced life.

In our busy lives, we can find ourselves going through the motions without taking time to feel into where we feel stuck or unfulfilled. The wheel of life brings conscious awareness to where your life is out of balance so you can make focused goals to work towards harmony and happiness in your life. It is frequently used to prevent burnout and ensure that one aspect of life (like work) does not overwhelm others.

The 11 page workbook includes a wheel of life for you to complete with instructions, journal prompts, goal setting page, a poem and affirmations. You will have lifetime access to the workbook (which will be updated over time) so can download and print it to work through time and time again. It is a great tool to re-visit every 3 months or so.
